Description

This position works closely with the heads of our Money Management partners on the Prudential Annuities Investment Platform to maximize our asset manager's resources, strengthen our partnerships and drive both annuity and investment platform sales. Responsibilities * Develop and execute an annual strategy for utilizing our subadvisor resources for maximum impact. Enhance relationships and leverage activities with the 36 advisors on the Prudential Platform to create stronger sales opportunities for them and our wholesaler organization. * Create annual business and marketing plans for specific Money Manager Partners establishing strong partnerships and influencing management across multiple organizational and functional levels. Assist in planning activities that align with Prudential's calendar of events, business and due diligence meetings. * Negotiate, manage and report subadvisor financial support and ensure compliance with all policies and procedures. Maximize funding available to offset Prudential's costs of doing business. * Create plan to leverage Money Manager wholesalers both in the field and at the home office level across all channels and develop tracking tools to analyze and report activity and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews. * Coordinate subadvisor activities and plans with Account Management and communicate updates and changes to key Prudential stakeholders. * Develop materials to educate the sales organization on "how to partner with the subadvisors" and assist subadvisors with marketing materials to support our sales force. * Create a portal for the sales force that will communicate and maintain the resources available by the Money Managers: Marketing materials, CE classes, practice mgmt workshops, presentations, speakers, economists, meeting space etc. * Partner with Marketing & Investment Management on developing a strong Investment Platform story




Requirements

* 10+ years experience within financial services industry with specific knowledge and experience working within the Money Manager/Subadvisor platform and space. * Excellent understanding of the Annuity business and the sales process.
