Assist the President of Prudential Retirement in the execution of tactical and strategic job duties. Support the Senior Leadership Team in improving the effectiveness of the organization and leaders in meeting the needs of its clients, the organization, and employees. Provide strategic and execution support for a wide range of leadership, organizational development and business initiatives. Drive disciplined formal/informal communications to assure that management team is in a position to anticipate and proactively address business and organizational issues. This position reports directly to the President, Prudential Retirement.

Roles and Responsibilities:
* Administrative Leadership - Responsible for reporting and coordinating all aspects of both daily and longer term aspects of the business including, but not limited to:

- Preparing agendas for regular meetings and ensuring follow-up on all actions taken at the meetings.

- Preparing reports detailing activities of the business with respect to key initiatives and outstanding issues.

- Provide project management on initiatives; as requested.

- Maintain information flow within the business

- Serving as a liaison with Corporate with respect to administrative matters.

- Develop and manage the budget, with help from the executive assistant.
* Charitable Contributions - Provide overall guidance on the administration of charitable contributions.

- Partner with Human Resources on decision-making for charitable contributions.

- Manage administrative components of charitable contributions; responding to groups and processing invoices.
* Employee Engagement - Coordinate employee engagement visits for the President, Prudential Retirement.

- Coordinate and work with the President to finalize timing and agendas.

- In partnership with VP, Leadership Development, create effective forums to increase visibility and exposure of key talent to the President, Prudential Retirement.

- In partnership with Communications, facilitate Retirement All Associate meetings and other means of communication.

Reporting Structure and key relationships:
* Reports directly to President, Prudential Retirement
* Will develop and maintain close working relationships/partnerships with management across Prudential businesses to ensure alignment with overall strategies as related to talent and administrative issues.
* Coordinate and contribute to development of materials for:
* Rating Agency preparation
* Investor Day and Analyst presentation
* Presentations for the Board of Directors
* Others as needed

* 5 or more years of progressive experience in project management within a financial services company.

* Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong presence and the ability to interact across different levels of an organization.
* Interest in developing financial and presentation skills.

* Planning, organization, project management and coordination skills; ability to effectively manage multiple, complex activities at the same time.
* Strong analytical and communication skills.
* College degree required.
