Director, Pension Consulting

Description:

Responsible for supporting sales efforts, within the core/large/jumbo market. Partners with sales staff for all aspects of the sales process that include qualification, design, strategy, meeting, closing and final sale. This position also entails working with consultants, advisors and all internal areas on balancing the sale against the division's products as well as profitability goals.

Bachelor degree with appropriate Life and NASD licenses. Advanced degree desirable.
Five plus years of Defined Contribution experience. Defined Benefit experience desirable.
Superior analytical skills.
Superior matrix management and leadership skills that will be required to negotiate with all areas in Prudential Retirement.
Superior communication and presentation skills for all written and verbal presentations.
Expert knowledge of all DC products, services, technologies, communications, investments, client services, models and processing interfaces.
Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.
Superior organizational skills with attention to detail
Knowledge and support of Prudential Retirement current and future business strategy.
